About SaaSInsight

Independent analysis of the tools and teams you hire.

SaaSInsight started as a personal research habit and grew into a review site. We work through the software and agencies that growing companies actually hire — testing hands-on where we can, reading the best public evidence where we can’t — then publish where each one lands and why.

Why we exist

Buying decisions got harder, not easier

There are more tools and more agencies than any founder has time to compare, and the marketing all sounds identical. We built SaaSInsight to do the comparing properly — with criteria written down, real examples you can open, and a clear answer instead of a shrug.
Our readers are founders, marketing leads and operations managers at companies of five to a couple hundred people — the ones who have to choose a tool or hire a team and can’t afford to get it wrong.

How we work

Our own research, in the open

Our research, our ranking

Where a tool or team lands comes from our own testing, public data and the work we can open and check. We form the ranking — a position is never for sale.

What we tag

Sometimes a company pays to be considered for a review or a spot. That buys a look — never a rating or a position — and we mark those entries plainly. The verdict stays ours.

How we evaluate

What earns a spot

A verifiable track record

At least a year of trading, a real website, and live work we can open and inspect — not a portfolio of adjectives.

Tested in practice

Where we can, we use the product or review the work directly — and we label which. “Research-based” and “hands-on” mean different things, and we tell you which one you’re reading.

Honest cons, no exceptions

Every entry gets real trade-offs written down. A review with no downsides isn’t a review — so every one has them.

See how it shakes out

Start with the rankings. Every list shows our criteria, our reasons, and when we last checked.
